If you are one of Mr Toumi’s patients and already on his supported medicated weight loss programme please follow the instructions below to order your next pen:

On or before the day of your 4th injection of the pen please fill in the Follow up form using the link below:

Once Mr Toumi has reviewed your form, he will be in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss your progress, offer any relevant advice and will issue your next prescription.
