Mr Toumi provides face to face consultations at the Spire Washington Hospital and also offers virtual consultations from the comfort of your own home through the Spire’s secure video appointment service.
Mr Toumi’s clinics are Tuesdays, with appointments offered between 8am – 5pm.

What to expect from your appointment
During this first appointment Mr Toumi will discuss with you your past medical history, current health, previous attempts to lose weight (for a Bariatric procedure) and your suitability for an operation.
Mr Toumi is discuss in detail all the relevant medical, non surgical and surgical options available to you. He will provide you with personalised advice and a potential plan for treatment.
Mr Toumi will also explain all aspects of the operation, procedure or treatment. He will explain potential risks and expected outcomes. This appointment also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
Following your appointment you will be provided with a comprehensive clinic letter documenting the discussion that took place, details about the treatments that were discussed, the plan that was agreed in addition to the information that you provided during the consultation.
What to bring to the appointment
To get the most out of your clinic appointment Mr Toumi recommends you to bring with you:
- Details of your medical conditions
- List and dates of any previous operations or medical treatments
- List of your current medications
- Any relevant medical letters from your GP or other healthcare professional regarding your medical conditions
- Dates of any holidays that you have planned
- A list of any questions that you have
Attending the appointment
You are very welcome to bring your partner, close family member or close friend with you to the clinic appointment. Mr Toumi highly recommends this especially if you are considering a Bariatric (weight loss intervention). Having support from close family or friends is especially important for patients considering starting their weight loss journey with a bariatric procedure or treatment.
Appointment cost
The initial consultation fee for this appointment with Mr Toumi is £200.
